Day 10 - mostly healthy eating (I had a grilled cheese on croissant for lunch…with cheetos). Pictured is the healthy dinner (grilled chicken, carrots, brown rice, and water in a Breaking Dawn cup that makes any meal better). I did between 2.5 and 3 miles tonight, but again the Nike+ device lost about 5-10 min of my journey (not sure when it stopped).

I’ve been outdoors for days 7 - 10 and I love that so much more than the treadmill - wish I could be outside every day for my walks/jogs! Tonight I was alone (yes, it was dark, and yes, I had mace - warning to anyone thinking of stealing me) and I was able to push the whole time since I was alone (no one’s speed to hold to, but my own). It felt nice because I could really feel it in my leg muscles (especially since they are so used to the TM).

*Yesterday was a much different story - I was on a raging eating rampage…I couldn’t find enough junk food. I didn’t stress about it and didn’t even think about it today. Just got up and started the day as if nothing had happened and the correct/healthy eating followed suit. A stumble is a stumble, and let’s be honest, I will never be fully junk food free - I love it too much.
